Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years experience in casting/heavy manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of casting processes (sand/investment).

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Maximize uptime for furnaces, molding lines, and sand systems.
• Process Optimization: Reduce scrap rates and cycle times through lean manufacturing.
• Tooling & Design: Review and improve pattern, mold, and core box designs using CAD software.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery and operations meet OSHA and environmental standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with metallurgy and quality control to solve casting defects.

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to optimize and drive our foundry operations. In this role, you will oversee equipment maintenance, mold and pattern designs, and automation upgrades to ensure maximum efficiency and safety on the production floor.
