The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in casting or heavy manufacturing, with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with CAD tools for pattern and mold design.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Maximize uptime for furnaces, molding lines, and sand systems.
• Process Optimization: Reduce scrap rates and cycle times through lean manufacturing.
• Tooling & Design: Review and improve pattern, mold, and core box designs using CAD software.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery and operations meet OSHA and environmental standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with metallurgy and quality control teams to solve casting defects.
