Job summary

Highway Roop Precision Technologies in Tamil Nadu seeks a skilled maintenance engineer to diagnose and repair CNC and SPM machinery, implement maintenance plans, and supervise shift operations.

You will maintain electrical schematics and PLC programs, oversee spare parts inventory, and ensure utilities and water treatment systems run reliably.

The role involves audit readiness across IATF and ISO standards and supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical engineering is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC and SPM machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns in CNC and SPM machines promptly.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance per plan.
• Manage shift operations and oversee spare parts inventory.
• Monitor utilities and oversee STP/ETP/DM/RO plants operation.
• Prepare audit documentation (IATF, ISO 14001/45001/27001/9001, internal audits).
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and systems.
• Follow up on AMC services for DG sets and AC systems as scheduled.

Roles And Responsibilities :

• 1. Responsible for diagnose and resolve breakdowns in CNC and SPM machines efficiently.
• 2. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance as per the scheduled plan.
• 3. Manage shift operations and oversee machine spare parts inventory.
• 4. Monitor and maintain utilities such as fire hydrants, compressors, and DG sets and oversee the operation of STP, ETP, DM and RO plants.
• 5. Prepare documentation for audits including IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and internal audits.
• 6. Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and systems.
• 7. Follow up on AMC services for DG sets and AC systems as per the schedule.

Preferred candidate profile
