Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our manufacturing plant.

The candidate will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production machinery with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, aiming to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance of plant machinery including preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with TPM/5S practices and energy-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, utilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults and restore machines with minimum downtime.
• Maintain and program PLCs, control panels, VFDs, sensors and motors as required.
• Prepare and follow PM schedules, maintenance checklists and breakdown / spare-parts records (CMMS / SAP PM).
• Perform root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen and energy-saving initiatives on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and EHS requirements during all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production, quality and stores teams and manage vendors / contractors for repairs and spares.
