Job summary

CIEL HR Services in Tamil Nadu seeks a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) with 4-8 years of auto components experience to oversee maintenance strategies and ensure machine reliability.

The role involves diagnosing breakdowns, coordinating preventive/predictive maintenance, and supervising installation/commissioning of new equipment. Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engg required.
• 4-8 years experience in auto components industry preferred.
• Experience with CNC & VMC machine maintenance essential.
• Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Capable of dismantling, troubleshooting, and assembly of machine elements.
• Knowledge of geometrical accuracy testing and machine element requirements.
• Experience in installation and commissioning of machinery.
• Knowledge of spare parts handling and control.
• Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic power control systems.
• 5S, TPM familiarity.

Desired Education: Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engg

Desired Experience: 4-8 years, preferably in the Auto components Industry.

Technical Skill Set:

• Good working knowledge of various kinds of machinery such as Press tools, Grinding machines,
• Good working knowledge with CNC & VMC machine maintenance is essential
• Shall be familiar with various maintenance concepts such as Preventive maintenance, Predictive
• Shall have the expertise in dismantling, troubleshooting and assembly of various machine elements.
• Good knowledge on geometrical accuracy testing & requirements on various machine elements
• Experience in Installation and commissioning of machinery
• Adequate knowledge of spare parts handling and control
• Shall be familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic power control systems
• Familiarity with Basic electrical/electronic interface will be an added advantage
• Shall be familiar with 5S, TPM etc.
