Job summary

AIS is seeking a skilled maintenance professional for plant and machinery in Gujarat. The role focuses on reducing downtime, ensuring preventive maintenance, and optimizing spare parts planning to extend asset life.

Key duties include tracking utilities, implementing machine improvements, and cost-saving actions, with emphasis on MTTR/MTBF and reliability of pneumatic, hydraulic, CNC, and compressor systems.

Qualifications

Qualification: B.Tech/BE or Diploma
Experience: B.Tech- 4-8 Years; Diploma: 10-12 Years
Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and preventive maintenance concepts

Responsibilities

To track and reduce downtime of plant and Machinery to achieve the targets.
Smooth and efficient completion of preventive/ Maintenance and daily routine activities.
To enhance life of costly spares through predictive maintenance.
To do spare parts planning for plant and machinery
To Track and reduce consumption of Utilities.
To track and reduce consumption of spares and doing cost saving activities.
To implement machine improvement requests raised by Production Deptt.
To track and monitor power consumption and take corrective actions so as to achieve the targets in Utilities.

Top Competencies:

1. Good Technical knowledge about mechanical maintenance of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, CNC, Compressors.
2. Knowledge of MTTR & MTBF, preventive maintenance.
3. Knowledge of critical spares.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B.Tech/BE or Diploma
