Job summary

Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Executive for its Comfy Plant in Telangana to support preventive and corrective maintenance of hygiene product manufacturing equipment.

The role requires 3–6 years of mechanical maintenance experience and a Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Male candidates are preferred, with responsibilities spanning installation, troubleshooting and ensuring GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of hygiene product manufacturing and converting machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment such as tissue/napkin converting, cutting, sealing, packing machines and conveyors.
• Ensure smooth operation of machinery used in sanitary napkin and other personal hygiene product manufacturing.
• Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and EHS teams to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance.
• Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of new machinery.
• Follow GMP, 5S, workplace hygiene and safety requirements during maintenance.
• Coordinate with external service providers for servicing and technical support.

Job description

We are looking for a Mechanical Executive to support plant maintenance and engineering activities at our Comfy manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of hygiene product manufacturing and converting machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment such as tissue/napkin converting machines, cutting machines, sealing machines, packing machines and conveyors, as applicable to the plant.
• Ensure smooth operation of machinery used in sanitary napkin and other personal hygiene product manufacturing and packaging.
• Monitor machine performance, identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment maintenance checklists, breakdown reports, spare parts inventory and maintenance history.
• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, inspection and replacement of mechanical components.
• Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of new machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance and EHS teams to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with plant standards.
• Ensure maintenance activities do not compromise product hygiene, cleanliness or product quality.
• Follow GMP, 5S, workplace hygiene and safety requirements during maintenance activities.
• Ensure tools, lubricants, grease and other maintenance materials are controlled to prevent contamination of products and packaging materials.
• Ensure proper machine cleaning and restoration after maintenance, with line clearance and release in coordination with Production and Quality teams, as applicable.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA), breakdown analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
• Ensure proper maintenance of utilities and associated mechanical systems, as assigned.
• Coordinate with external service providers and equipment suppliers for servicing, repairs and technical support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 03 Years to 6Years
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Salary: Up to 30,000 gross per month, depending on qualification and experience.
