Job summary

HLL Lifecare Limited invites applications for a production supervisor role in the Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing Unit. The incumbent will plan shift-wise production, supervise shop-floor activities, and ensure adherence to GMP and ISO standards while coordinating with QA, Maintenance and Stores. 8 positions across India are available.

Essential qualifications include a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience in hygiene

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shift-wise production schedules to meet output and quality targets.
• Supervise machine operation, material flow and manpower allocation on the shop floor.
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective action to maintain product specifications.
• Maintain production logbooks, reports and system entries accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Stores for smooth plant operation.
• Adhere to GMP, ISO, BIS (IS 5405) and Safety standards.
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Monitor wastage, yield and process efficiency; recommend improvements.
• Conduct training for operators and contract workers on machine handling, hygiene and safety.
• Participate in root cause analysis and ensure closure of deviations and CAPA actions.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.10.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. 20000 40000 per month

Gross Salary: Rs. 40540.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: 5.88 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering.

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 1 year experience in production operations of hygiene products, FMCG, or similar process industries.
