Job summary

The candidate will maintain IATF 16949 documentation, manage budgets for maintenance, and drive improvements in machine availability while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• 2-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown maintenance of all equipments.
• Managing budgets for maintenance activities.
• Identify and maintain critical spares for all equipment.
• Prepare and present weekly LEAN updates for the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain records for IATF 16949 Audit documents.
• Maintain critical spares inventory.
• Improve machine availability through maintenance activities.
• Enhance communication and teamwork within the maintenance staff.
• Identify and fix air, water, and oil leakages.
• Identify and maintain critical machines to achieve zero breakdowns.
• Update safety points and ensure completion.
