The role covers preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and improving equipment reliability across extrusion and CNC machinery, with emphasis on safety and 5S. The candidate will coordinate with vendors and production teams for planned maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to diagnose failures and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion machines, CNC machines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, etc.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and carry out timely repairs.
• Maintain alignment, lubrication, bearings, and rotating equipment.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Maintain hydraulic power packs and components.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records.
• Conduct root cause analysis for repeated breakdowns and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands‑on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems to ensure smooth operation of plant machinery and Licences.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown handling,and improving equipment reliability.

Mechanical Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion machines, CNC machines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, etc.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and carry out mely repairs.
• Maintain alignment, lubrica¢on systems, bearings, and rota¢ng equipment.
• Ensure availability of cri¢cal spares and coordinate with vendors.

Electrical Maintenance

• Handle electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, troubleshooting. electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum.
• Maintain wiring, MCC panels, control circuits, and safety systems.
• Support installed on and commissioning of new machines.

Hydraulic Maintenance

• Maintain hydraulic power packs, cylinders, valves, pumps, and piping systems.

Additional Responsibilieces

• Execute preven¢ve maintenance schedules and maintain records.
• Root cause analysis for repeated breakdowns and implement
