Matrix Robotics is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our Sambhaji Nagar team. You will be responsible for maintaining CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, applying preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and minimizing downtime to keep production flowing.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong reading of drawings, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and transmission systems.
• Monitor machine health and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for machine availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for machine performance.
