Job summary

UPL Limited seeks a skilled maintenance professional to oversee mechanical equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The role covers utilities operation, maintenance planning, and CAPEX-driven improvements across packaging and processing lines.

Responsibilities include leading preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, reviewing PM tasks, interpreting P&ID diagrams, and driving cost-effective reliability projects in a safety-conscious facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical equipment troubleshooting and RCA.
• Familiarity with maintenance of blenders, PSM, agitating vessels, bead mill, sifters, conveyors, pumps, filling lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance planning.
• Review PM task lists and prepare maintenance schedules.
• Ensure P&ID interpretation is leveraged in maintenance work.

• Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of Blenders, PSM, Agitating vessels, Bead mill, Sifters, RAL, Screw conveyors, RDC, VFFS, PFS, Pumps, Blowers, liquid filling machines, packing lines etc Maintenance Planning and PM Scheduling,
