Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Indore is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to oversee equipment maintenance across filtration systems, dryers, pumps, and utilities. You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure high safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising piping works, reading P&IDs and isometrics, supporting shutdowns and commissioning, and maintaining SAP maintenance logs while guiding a team of technicians and contractors to meet quality and safety targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of filtration systems: AVPF, Filter Presses, HBF, RVDF; High-pressure vessels with agitators; Dryers: rotary calciners, belt dryers, spin flash dryers; Centrifugal blowers, process pumps, and material lifts; Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to LOTO (LockoutTagoutTryout) procedures; Implement permit-to-work systems: Hot Work, Confined Space, Height Work; Promote and enforce safe work practices for internal teams and contractors; Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Supervise piping work, mechanical installation, and fabrication jobs; Read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and isometric drawings; Provide support during shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning.
• Proficient in using SAP for maintenance logging and spare tracking; Maintain detailed maintenance records, equipment downtime logs, and RCA reports.
• Supervise and guide a team of technicians and contractors; Ensure timely execution of work with high safety and quality standards; Coordinate effectively with Production, EHS, and other departments.

• Equipment Maintenance & Supervision: Maintenance of: Filtration systems: AVPF, Filter Presses, HBF, RVDF; High-pressure vessels with agitators; Dryers: rotary calciners, belt dryers, spin flash dryers; Centrifugal blowers, process pumps, and material lifts. Oversee repair, overhaul, and mechanical fabrication activities. Manage maintenance of utilities such as compressors, chillers, cooling towers, Thermic fluid heaters, RO/DM plants. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance programs.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to LOTO (LockoutTagoutTryout) procedures; Implement permit-to-work systems: Hot Work, Confined Space, Height Work; Promote and enforce safe work practices for internal teams and contractors; Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Piping & Projects: Supervise piping work, mechanical installation, and fabrication jobs; Read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and isometric drawings; Provide support during shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning.
• System Knowledge & Documentation: Proficient in using SAP for maintenance logging and spare tracking; Maintain detailed maintenance records, equipment downtime logs, and RCA reports.
