Job summary

EPACK PREFAB Technologies Limited is seeking an MEP professional with strong experience in building and construction projects. You will design and coordinate MEP systems, prepare drawings and calculations, and ensure compliance with IS Codes and NBC.

Collaboration with architectural, civil, and site teams is essential. The role requires 3–8 years of MEP experience, a degree/diploma in engineering, and mandatory AutoCAD proficiency, with Revit MEP/BIM as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with MEP design experience.
• 3–8 years of MEP/building or civil construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• AutoCAD is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate MEP systems for building and construction projects.
• Prepare HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP drawings and layouts.
• Prepare design calculations, equipment schedules, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, civil, structural, and site execution teams.
• Review shop drawings, vendor drawings, technical submittals, and MEP design documents.
• Identify and resolve MEP clashes and design-related site issues.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, NBC provisions, fire safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support and design clarifications to the site execution team.
