Job summary

Quest Global in India seeks a Mechanical/Structural Designer to support hyperscale data center modules. You will check drawings, ensure design accuracy, and support interface coordination across mechanical, piping and structural scopes.

Ideal candidates have 4–9 years of experience, possess a technical certification in design, and are fluent in English. Proficiency in SolidWorks is required, with experience in weldments and structures preferred.

• Educational qualification: Designer should possess a Technical Certification in the design discipline.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Check and approve drawings and designs.
• Coordinate interfaces and ensure the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and safety of the mechanical, piping and structural scopes.
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements and industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Designer will support the goals and programs established by the management team. These roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The Mechanical/ Structural Designer will be responsible for checking and approving drawings/ designs;
• interface communication, and ensuring the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and safety of the mechanical,
• piping, and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules meets customer's
• Requirements And Industrial Standards They Produce.

Work Experience

• Educational Qualification - Designer should be in possession of a Technical Certification in the design discipline.

Experience

• - A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience mechanical and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules or related environment in similar industry.

Background

• - Structural/ Mechanical drafting/ Weldments & Sheet metal (must)

Language

• - Fluency in written and verbal - English
