Job summary

GIRI CONSULTANCY is seeking a Marketplace Operations Executive for Gurgaon-based B2B e-commerce and supply chain roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end order processing, dispatch coordination, and SLA-driven marketplace oversight across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Tata 1mg, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in E-commerce B2B Operations, Marketplace Operations, or D2C Operations.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end order processing, dispatch coordination, fulfilment, and marketplace operations.
• Experience managing marketplaces like Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Tata 1mg, or similar platforms and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Experience coordinating with logistics/transportation partners for pickups, deliveries, scheduling and issue resolution.
• Experience handling RTO, RTV, returns, pending putaway, and other operational exceptions.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B order processing, dispatch coordination, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor marketplace operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Tata 1mg, and others while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, scheduling and issue resolution.
• Track and manage RTO, RTV, returns, pending putaway, and other operational exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely escalations.

Position - Marketplace Operations Executive (E-commerce, Supply Chain)

Overall/Total Experience: 1-3 years only

Location: Gurugram (Only for Candidates living in Delhi/NCR)

Working Days: 5 Days from Office

Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)

Client's Company Size: Startup / Small Enterprise

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B order processing, dispatch coordination, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor marketplace operations across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Tata 1mg, and others while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Track and manage RTO, RTV, returns, pending putaway cases, and other operational exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely escalations.

Candidate Requirements

Strong E-commerce / D2C Supply Chain / Marketplace Operations profiles.

Must have minimum 1+ years of experience in E-commerce B2B Operations, Marketplace Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or D2C Operations.

Must have hands‑on experience in end-to-end order processing, dispatch coordination, fulfilment, and marketplace operations.

Must have experience managing marketplaces such as Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Tata 1mg, or similar platforms and ensuring SLA compliance.

Must have hands‑on experience coordinating with logistics/transportation partners for pickups, deliveries, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.

Must have experience handling RTO, RTV, returns, pending putaway, and other operational exceptions.

Strong hands‑on experience in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS, along with MIS reporting and operational analysis.

Must demonstrate strong stakeholder coordination, follow-ups, problem‑solving, escalation management, and cross‑functional collaboration while working against defined SLAs.
