Key Responsibilities:

Product & Catalogue Management

• Own and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Ensure catalogue accuracy, SEO optimization, content quality, images, pricing, and product attributes.
• Drive catalogue expansion, new product launches, and marketplace onboarding.
• Monitor and resolve listing issues, suppressions, content errors, and marketplace compliance concerns.

Sales & Marketplace Performance

• Own marketplace sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Monitor key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, ASP, traffic, returns, ratings, and seller performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve marketplace rankings, sales, and market share.

Marketplace Advertising & Promotions

• Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
• Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, campaign performance, and advertising budgets.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, offers, and visibility campaigns to drive sales.

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory availability and ensure optimal stock levels across marketplaces.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Monitor order processing, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, and marketplace SLA performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse sales, profitability, advertising, inventory, and marketplace performance data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and provide actionable business insights.
• Track marketplace KPIs and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional & Marketplace Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, marketing, procurement, and customer support teams for smooth marketplace operations.
• Manage communication with marketplace account managers and platform representatives.
• Resolve escalations related to orders, payments, listings, account health, pricing, and policy compliance.
• Support integration and onboarding of new marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: MBA degree or an undergraduate degree with up to 4 years of E-commerce operations or digital marketplace management.

Core Skills:

• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and collaborate across teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in data tracking.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while seeking guidance when necessary.
