Job summary

Cyboard School is seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to steer a high-performing marketing team and drive lead generation, brand growth, and digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will hands-on in marketing strategy, campaign execution, performance marketing, SEO, and team management, delivering quality leads across campaigns. This role is based in Gurugram with work-from-office arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as Marketing Team Lead or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing marketing teams.
• Strong track record of generating quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the EdTech or Education industry will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the complete marketing team to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns focused on quality lead acquisition.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI across all marketing channels.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign execution.
• Oversee website traffic growth, SEO performance, and organic visibility.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Create marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of all marketing projects and campaigns.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
