Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Support Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily outreach campaigns, conducting market research, and maintaining direct communication with potential leads. Your primary focus will be generating interest and maintaining accurate data through emails, WhatsApp messaging, data searching, and direct calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Search and Lead Generation: Conduct online research to identify potential B2B or B2C leads, gather contact information from directories, LinkedIn, and social media platforms, and maintain a clean, updated database.
• Email Marketing & Outreach: Execute daily email campaigns using provided templates, monitor inbox responses, filter out junk mail, and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• WhatsApp Communication: Handle official WhatsApp business communication, broadcast promotional updates, share marketing materials, and quickly respond to customer queries.
• Telecalling & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to verify lead data, introduce company services to prospects, follow up on sent emails or WhatsApp messages, and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
• Reporting: Track daily outreach metrics, keep log books of calls and messages sent, and update with client interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Higher secondary school candidates.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, data mining, or marketing support roles is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is mandatory. Familiarity with email automation platforms, and WhatsApp Business API is a plus.
• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
