BLUEPMS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive – Inside Sales. Freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience will reach out to potential customers, explain software solutions, and convert leads into customers.

You will engage in digital marketing and lead-generation activities, gaining practical exposure across both sales and marketing, with guidance and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Negotiate and help close deals with potential customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales information.
• Assist with digital marketing and online lead-generation activities.
• Support social media, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales and lead-generation reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and customers.
