About the Role

We are a well-established manufacturer of cooling-system components for the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry, supplying leading OEMs across India from multiple manufacturing locations. We are seeking a strategic, driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, strengthen our brand in the B2B/OEM market, and drive structured growth. The role blends marketing strategy, brand building, market intelligence, and close partnership with the sales and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned to business and growth objectives.
• Identify new market segments, applications, and customer opportunities within the HVACR and allied industries.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable plans.

Brand & Communications

• Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across B2B channels website, digital platforms, trade media, catalogues, and industry events.
• Own corporate communication, product collateral, and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Plan and manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Market Development & Sales Support

• Partner closely with the sales team to support OEM account growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for new and existing product lines.
• Prepare market analysis, pricing inputs, and business cases to support strategic decisions.

Digital & Analytics

• Drive the company's digital marketing presence and lead-generation initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, and coordinate with product, sales, and leadership functions.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 12 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, components, or B2B/OEM environments (HVACR, appliances, auto components, or engineering products an advantage).
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand building, and market development.
• Strong grasp of B2B / industrial marketing, digital marketing, and market research.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and team-leadership skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate market insight into growth plans.
• MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
