3iglobal is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Pune to plan and execute online and offline campaigns. You will drive leads, manage IndiaMART and Google Ads accounts, and coordinate emailers and social media activities to support brand growth.

The role involves organizing exhibitions, preparing marketing reports, and collaborating with the Sales team to achieve targets. Experience in marketing analytics is important.

• Strong analytical ability to review campaigns and optimize performance.

• Implementing & managing online marketing campaigns to drive new leads and trials which includes
• Handling IndiaMart Portal
• Handling Google AdWords Account
• Emailers
• Social Media Marketing Campaigns

Searching and implementing new digital marketing programs / tools -

• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns by reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting the available data and provide actionable recommendations to improve online marketing performance to gain the best ROI for the organization
• Preparation of reports based on the analysis
• Offline Marketing
• Implementing & Managing offline marketing campaigns to create awareness & maintain the consistency of Brand
• Making presence via publishing advertisements, technical articles, Directors note on current situation in various magazines
• Releasing company Newsletters
• Releasing Handouts
• Other Marketing Activities
• Preparing & controlling Marketing Budgets

Organizing various Exhibitions

• Researching and analyzing current market trends such as current market share reports, Government policies related to manufacturing industries.
• Identifying target market via online & offline media & preparing the strategies to reach them
• Managing the creation of marketing materials which includes
• Product brochures, Catalogues
• Presentations
• Promotional Gifts
• Graphics & various artwork designing
• Forging long-term marketing partnerships with various Associations
• Company Website News Feed and content development
• Salesforce (CRM) development and implementation
• Work collaboratively with Sales team to identify and support marketing plans and help to achieve sales objectives
• Marketing support to Dealers for branding purpose
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey & Convey customer feedback to managers received through various marketing conducts
• Working closely with internal departments & organizing various corporate events
• Promoting the internal branding as well
