Job summary

IncepBio in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive multi-channel campaigns and brand initiatives. You will support lead generation through digital marketing, email, and social channels, while coordinating with sales to nurture opportunities and track performance.

The role involves creating promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams and freelancers to deliver compelling visuals for campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation campaigns via digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
• Manage marketing pipelines, track lead conversions, and prepare performance reports.
• Plan and manage social media and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Support the Marketing Director/Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, social media creatives, infographics, and event banners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Develop digital assets for website, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Create basic motion graphics or videos for product marketing and events (optional).
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with Freelancers for website maintenance and coordinate with developer.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Providing tech support to employees by maintaining emails ids and share point access with IT team Actively participate in Digital Marketing goals of the Organisation.
