Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and measure ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for both branches.
  • Collaborate with Principal, Admissions, Academic, Admin, HR, Transport, Front Office.

Role & Responsibilities
Role Objective:

To develop and execute effective marketing strategies for the school, strengthen the school's brand presence, generate quality admission enquiries, and support enrolment targets across two branches.

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans for both branches.
  • Plan marketing strategies aligned with admission targets and school objectives.
  • Identify target markets and develop branch-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor education-sector trends, parent expectations, and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to improve the school's visibility and market positioning.
2. Admissions & Lead Generation
  • Work closely with the Admissions Team to generate quality admission enquiries.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to increase enquiries, campus visits, and conversions.
  • Track leads generated through different marketing channels and monitor conversion rates.
  • Identify effective lead sources and optimize marketing expenditure accordingly.
  • Support the Admissions Team with campaigns during peak admission seasons.
  • Develop strategies to attract new parents and improve enrolment across both branches.
3. School Brand Management
  • Strengthen and maintain the school's brand image across both campuses.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, communication, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate the development of brochures, flyers, standees, banners, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all marketing communication reflects the school's vision, values, academic strengths, facilities, and achievements.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for both branches.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms and ensure regular, engaging content.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Develop campaigns for admissions, events, achievements, student activities, facilities, and school initiatives.
  • Monitor social media engagement, reach, enquiries, and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate website updates and ensure school information is current.
5. Events & School Promotions
  • Plan and promote Open Houses, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, orientation programs, competitions, and other school events.
  • Develop promotional campaigns before and after major school events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase student achievements, academic programs, facilities, and extracurricular activities.
6. Parent & Community Outreach
  • Develop initiatives to improve the school's visibility within the local community.
  • Identify opportunities for school partnerships, community activities, and outreach programs.
  • Understand parent expectations and market feedback and communicate relevant insights to Management.
  • Support initiatives that improve parent engagement and strengthen the school's reputation.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct regular market research covering competing schools in the surrounding areas.
  • Track competitor campaigns, fee structures, facilities, curriculum offerings, events, and promotional activities.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for positioning the school effectively.
  • Submit regular competitor analysis reports to Management.
8. Vendor & Agency Management
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, printing vendors, media partners, photographers, and other external vendors.
  • Evaluate quotations and negotiate costs where required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of outsourced marketing activities.
9. Budget & ROI Management
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget for both branches.
  • Track expenditure against planned campaigns.
  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of different marketing activities.
  • Recommend cost-effective marketing strategies to Management.
10. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for both branches.
  • Track:
    • Enquiries generated
    • Leads by source
    • Campus visits
    • Admission conversions
    • Campaign performance
    • Digital reach and engagement
    • Marketing expenditure
    • Cost per lead
  • Present insights and recommendations to Management.
11. Coordination with School Teams
  • Work closely with the Principal, Admissions, Academic, Admin, HR, Transport, and Front Office teams.
  • Understand the school's academic programs, curriculum, facilities, achievements, and unique strengths.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns accurately represent the school's offerings.
  • Coordinate marketing requirements across both branches and ensure timely execution.
Candidate Profile / Essential Requirements

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong school/education-sector background who understands how schools function and how parents make admission decisions.
