Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to work closely with franchise partners and centres across Kolkata, driving enrolment growth through strategic franchise marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing local area marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, digital and offline promotions, school outreach programs, community engagement initiatives, and centre-level branding activities. The incumbent will support franchise centres in market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility while ensuring consistent brand standards and sustainable business growth across the network.
