Qualifications

• Semiconductor or Test & Measurement industry experience.
• 5–6 years in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Outbound Marketing, or related roles.
• Strong digital marketing and Marcom experience.
• Experience generating qualified leads and running webinars.
• Experience in global markets, esp North America, Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual outbound marketing plan.
• Execute marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team and Sales organization.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to understand customer requirements, market trends, and customer insights.
• Systematically engage with customers across global markets through digital channels such as the website, YouTube, webinars, and social media.
• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
• Drive online lead generation and generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
• Develop and manage online content for the company website, YouTube channel, newsletters, webinars, and social media platforms.
• Support brand awareness and positioning in the global Semiconductor and Test & Measurement markets.
• Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual outbound marketing plan.


• Execute marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team and Sales organization.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience working in the Semiconductor or Test & Measurement industry.


• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Outbound Marketing, or related marketing roles.


• Strong experience in market segmentation and marketing communications (Marcom).


• Very good understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools, and current trends.


• Proven experience in generating qualified leads from target markets.


• Experience in organizing online webinars and driving registrations and audience engagement.


• Experience in developing and managing newsletters and email marketing campaigns.


• Experience in online customer engagement and digital communication.


• Experience in marketing and Marcom activities for global markets, particularly North America, Europe, and Asia.
