Axiro Semiconductor, a Bengaluru-based fabless semiconductor design company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy for RF, wireless, Satcom, and high-speed connectivity products. You will own market awareness, demand generation, product positioning, and GTM activities across automotive, industrial, AI, edge computing, and embedded markets.

The role requires 10+ years in marketing for semiconductor or electronics, with at least 5 years in leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or electronics industry.
• Experience leading market awareness, demand generation, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with product roadmaps and target market opportunities.
• Create compelling product positioning and value propositions highlighting technical differentiation.
• Lead product launches and market introduction plans for semiconductor solutions.
• Develop and manage demand generation campaigns to generate awareness, qualified leads, and design-win opportunities.
• Oversee creation of datasheets, white papers, presentations, videos, and other marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide sales enablement tools, training, and technical marketing materials.
• Support customer meetings, workshops, webinars, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate reference designs and demos to showcase product capabilities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for our semiconductor product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market awareness, demand generation, product positioning, and go-to-market execution across target markets including automotive, industrial, AI, edge computing, and embedded systems

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, product roadmaps, and target market opportunities.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling product positioning and value propositions that clearly communicate technical differentiation and customer benefits.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead product launch activities, market introduction plans, and customer engagement campaigns for new semiconductor solutions.
• Demand Generation: Develop and manage campaigns that generate customer awareness, qualified leads, and design-win opportunities.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation of datasheets, product briefs, white papers, application notes, presentations, videos, web content, and other marketing collateral.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Sales Enablement: Provide tools, training, and technical marketing materials that enable sales and field engineering teams to effectively position products.
• Customer Engagement: Support customer meetings, technical workshops, webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences to strengthen market presence.
• Reference Designs & Demos: Coordinate the development and promotion of reference platforms, evaluation kits, and demonstrations that highlight product capabilities.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and customer-facing materials.
• Digital Marketing: Drive website, social media, email marketing, and digital campaign initiatives to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, applications engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Performance Measurement: Define and track key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, lead conversion, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years within the semiconductor, embedded systems, or electronics industry.
• Semiconductor Expertise: Strong understanding of semiconductor products including MCUs, MPUs, SoCs, AI accelerators, mixed-signal devices, connectivity solutions, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Marketing Leadership: Proven experience developing and executing successful product marketing and demand generation strategies.
• Content Development: Strong ability to create compelling technical and business-focused marketing content.
• Market Intelligence: Experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and product launches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus across organizations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to leverage market and campaign data to drive business decisions.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Comfortable presenting to customers, partners, industry analysts, and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing products for automotive, ADAS, digital cockpit, edge AI, industrial automation, robotics, or intelligent vision applications.
• Familiarity with automotive ecosystems including AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434.
• Experience supporting global product launches and managing multi-region marketing campaigns.
• Background in developing customer-facing demos, reference platforms, and technical marketing assets.
• Understanding of AI/ML, embedded software, connectivity, and next-generation semiconductor technologies.
