Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive the company's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead a high-performing marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a marketing team with 5-6 years of team handling experience.
• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Manage social media, content marketing, email marketing, events, PR, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and present actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Business teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency/vendor relationships, and campaign timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12-15 years of overall marketing experience.
• Minimum 5-6 years of team handling experience.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign analytics.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Architecture, Building Materials, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or B2B industries will be an added advantage.
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
