Job summary

Altis Prime Homes in Hinjewadi, Pune seeks an experienced real estate marketing professional to lead our marketing and lead-generation efforts. You will drive campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels, optimize budgets and CPL, and strengthen our brand presence on major platforms.

The role requires 4–6 years in real estate marketing, hands-on Meta/Google ads,CRM and analytics expertise, and the ability to build a marketing function from scratch while collaborating closely with sales.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of marketing experience in real estate.
• Real estate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with real estate channel partners, brokerages, developers, or property sales companies preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of CRM, funnels, analytics and conversion tracking.
• Ability to build marketing department and processes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of Indian real estate market.
• Strategic yet execution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication, ownership and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute overall marketing and lead-generation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the company's overall marketing & lead-generation strategy
• Generate high-quality, qualified real estate leads through Meta, Google and other relevant channels
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, budgets, CPL and lead quality
• Build a strong brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms
• Develop and manage the company's content and social media strategy
• Plan campaigns for individual projects based on location, pricing, target audience and inventory
• Build lead funnels from Advertisement Lead Qualification Site Visit Booking
• Set up and manage CRM, lead tracking, reporting and marketing analytics
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion
• Identify new lead-generation opportunities including corporate tie-ups, referrals, events, local marketing and partnerships
• Build and eventually manage the marketing team, including performance marketing, content, design and other required functions
• Track marketing ROI and continuously improve campaigns based on actual business results

Who We're Looking For

• 4 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience
• Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred
• Prior experience with a real estate channel partner, brokerage, developer or property sales company is highly preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of CRM, funnels, analytics and conversion tracking
• Ability to build a marketing department and processes from scratch
• Strong understanding of the Indian real estate market
• Someone who is strategic but also willing to execute themselves
• Strong communication, ownership and leadership skills
