Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the commercial office portfolio.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets aligned with objectives.
• Build and strengthen brand positioning through online and offline initiatives.
• Lead creative development of collaterals and sales materials.
• Drive digital marketing including website, SEO/SEM, social, email, and lead generation.
• Plan launches and events: broker meets, leadership interactions, conferences.
• Manage advertising, PR, media relations, branding campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for a leading commercial office portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, leasing support, and business growth across premium office assets.

This is a leadership position requiring a strategic marketer with strong experience in branding, digital marketing, events, communications, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the commercial office portfolio.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Build and strengthen the brand positioning through integrated online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Lead creative development and production of marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, videos, and other sales enablement materials.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
• Plan and execute project launches, customer engagement events, broker meets, leadership interactions, conferences, and corporate events.
• Manage advertising, PR, media relations, branding, and promotional campaigns.
