T7E Aftermarket Connect Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Marketing & Sales to oversee field sales operations for GULF Lubricants & Engine Oil. The role focuses on leading the field sales team, hitting targets, expanding the retail network, and driving business growth.

You will manage distributor and retailer relationships, train staff, monitor performance, and report market updates. 2–5 years of team leadership in field sales with lubricants/aftermarket experience is preferred;

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in field sales.
• Experience in lubricants, engine oil, automotive aftermarket, or related industries preferred.
• Strong experience in retail sales, distributor management, and channel development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
