Job summary

SB Interior Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a driven field sales professional to convert enquiries into interiors and turnkey projects. You will engage with home and site visitors, follow up on leads from our online ads, and coordinate with designers to quote and close deals.

This role offers a fixed salary plus fuel allowance, incentives on each project, a monthly performance bonus, and a direct reporting line to the founder with a clear path to Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in field sales or business development for interiors or real estate.
• Confident meeting and talking to new people daily.
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Own two-wheeler with valid license.
• Organised with persistent follow-ups.
• Target-driven with incentives.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on every lead quickly and consistently.
• Meet prospective clients at homes, sites or office and understand requirements.
• Fix appointments for designers and take leads through quotation and closure.
• Build a network of builders, architects, real estate agents and societies.
• Represent SB Interior Solutions at handovers, society events and exhibitions.
• Keep every lead and conversation updated in the lead tracker.
• Ask happy clients for referrals and Google reviews.

We have 795+ completed projects and receive steady enquiries every day from our online ad campaigns. We're looking for someone who can turn those enquiries into happy clients and open new doors for us.

What you'll do

• Call and follow up on every lead from our Google and Meta ads quickly and consistently
• Meet prospective clients at their homes, sites or our office and understand their requirements
• Fix appointments for our designers and take leads through to quotation and closure
• Build a network of builders, architects, real estate agents, gated communities and apartment associations
• Represent SB Interior Solutions at property handovers, society events and exhibitions
• Keep every lead and conversation updated in our lead tracker
• Ask happy clients for referrals and Google reviews

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in field sales, marketing or business development (interiors, real estate, furniture or home improvement preferred)
• Confident meeting and talking to new people every day
• Good communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
• Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
• Target-driven and motivated by incentives
