Job summary

TheKaagazcompany based in Hyderabad is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate leads and acquire clients for interior design, architecture, and turnkey projects.

You will drive outreach through cold calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, qualify potential clients, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the design team to convert opportunities into projects.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
• Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Modular Kitchen, or Home Renovation preferred.
• Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and client acquisition.
