Job summary

Urban Walls is seeking a Sales Executive to generate and convert interior project leads, coordinate with design and execution teams, and manage customer interactions in Chennai. You will visit builders, apartments, villas, homeowners, and contractors, explaining interior packages, preparing quotations, and tracking the sales pipeline.

The role requires good communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel locally, and a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior sales, real estate, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and business development.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through offline visits to builders, apartments, villas, homeowners, contractors, and referral partners.
• Handle leads from social media, calls, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
• Explain interior packages, materials, pricing, and prepare quotations.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and execution partners for smooth project handover.
• Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support post-sales customer coordination.
