Job summary

Motherson Automotive Technologies and Engineering (MATE) is seeking a dynamic sales/marketing professional based in Bengaluru to drive growth in the automotive components segment.

You will leverage 2+ years of experience in Tier-1 suppliers to forecast sales, track PMS pricing, manage debtor follow-ups, and coordinate across functions to resolve customer issues while ensuring commercial compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in Tier-1 automotive components.
• Exposure to MSIL, Toyota, and Kia/Hyundai.
