Job summary

Maestrotech Systems in Pune is seeking a senior Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities in Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, robotics, and turnkey projects. You will generate leads, understand customer requirements, and prepare technical proposals and presentations to win orders.

• Strong technical sales and proposal preparation experience in Automation / System Integrator / Manufacturing.
• Existing customer network in Automobile, Manufacturing and Industrial Automation sectors preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
