You will oversee budgeting, agency management, and ROI while driving demand for multiple launches and activations in the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project launches, lead generation, and integrated marketing, with strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market and customer segments.
• Proven experience in project launches, brand building, lead generation and integrated marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for multiple projects across the assigned cluster.
• Drive project positioning, branding, campaigns and go-to-market strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead 360 marketing initiatives across digital, ATL, BTL, events, activations and performance marketing.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency partners and campaign ROI.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing plans for projects.
• Drive corporate and local-market activations to strengthen project visibility and lead generation.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring timely and effective execution across projects.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing initiatives to business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and agency management skills.
