Job summary

Gleneagles BGS Hospitals Kengeri is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive revenue through private corporates, TPAs, and insurers. The role involves meeting corporates, presenting services, and forging long-term partnerships to enhance market presence.

You will conduct fieldwork to craft marketing plans, negotiate corporate tie-ups, and ensure service standards while growing the corporate client base and brand reputation for the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development through private corporates, TPAs and insurance channels.
• Visit stakeholders including corporates, TPAs and insurers to promote BGS Global Facilities and generate revenue.
• Conduct regular fieldwork to develop sound marketing plans and strategies.
• Establish and maintain tie-ups with corporate accounts; nurture customer relationships.
• Lead TPA empanelment processes and liaise with TPAs and insurance companies.
• Develop corporate image, brand positioning, and ensure customer retention and growth.

• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PRIVATE CORPORATES,TPAS AND INSURANCE
• VISITING STAKE HOLDERS LIKE PRIVATE CORPORATES,TPA'S AND INSURANCE COMPANIES TO PROMOTE BGS GLOBAL FACILITIES TO CORPORATES TO GET REVENUE
• To undertake regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
• To ensure tie ups with key Institutional/ Corporate accounts(Private Corporates) and maintain customer relationship for maximum benefit to create win-win situation to meet organizational goals.
• TPA empanelment of the hospital.
• Liaisoning with TPA and Insurance Companies.
• Corporate Customers Development.
• Establish marketing contacts with corporates, insurers and other third party purchasers of health care services.
• Organize direct negotiations and contacts for services with these organizations.
• Meeting prospects, making Presentation to the clients.
• Will be responsible for corporate tie-ups, brand positioning.
• Ensure customer retention and development.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities.
• Responsible for Private Corporate sales, and achieve revenue target, customer relationship, planning and controlling, maintaining service standard, account management of existing clients and new ones.
• To plan various activities as per the phase wise marketing strategic plans.
• To execute various activities planned as per the phase wise marketing plans viz: CME's, Workshop, Camps, Patient education program, Life Style Management Program etc.
• To carry out research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
• To explore new geographical areas, new markets .
