Job summary

Kisan4U, a fast-growing agri-tech brand, is seeking a Marketing Head in Mumbai to drive strategy, app installs and order growth. You will oversee paid ads on Meta and Google, lead our social channels and guide the marketing intern, while planning content for farmers and campaigns for seasonal offers.

You will track performance with Google Analytics and Meta reports, share weekly numbers, and push for app downloads and repeat purchases. Collaboration with founders and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience running Meta ads with a real budget.
• Good knowledge of social media, content and basic analytics.
• Basic design or video skills (Canva, CapCut).
• Clear communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Bonus: experience in e-commerce, agri or app marketing.
