Agrim is India's largest Agri-input e-commerce platform empowering lakhs of retailers with better access, pricing, and service. We are growing fast with 800+ employees and ambitious plans to 2x. We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale digital acquisition and engagement, using data-driven insights to deliver high ROI.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize budgets, and mentor a campaign team to drive performance and growth for AGRIM and its seller network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Deep expertise in acquisition, retention, and brand marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with dashboards & metrics.
• Experience in multi-channel campaign execution & optimization.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets with a keen eye on ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own & execute acquisition marketing across Google Ads, UACi, DV 360, Meta, In-Mobi, and Truecaller
• Leverage 1P audiences to craft precision-driven campaigns
• Drive engagement & retention with Email, Drip, and In-App Marketing
• Implement & optimize the full marketing stack for seamless execution
• Analyze, report & improve - dashboarding and actionable insights
• Lead & mentor a campaign team to push performance to new heights

What You’ll Do

• Own & execute acquisition marketing across Google Ads, UACi, DV 360, Meta, In-Mobi, and Truecaller
• Leverage 1P audiences to craft precision-driven campaigns
• Drive engagement & retention with Email, Drip, and In-App Marketing (Webengage/Moengage)
• Implement & optimize the full marketing stack for seamless execution
• Analyze, report & improve-strong data chops, dashboarding, and actionable insights are key
• Lead & mentor a campaign team to push performance to new heights
