Key Responsibilities
1. Own Marketing Across Demand & Supply

You will build marketing programs for both sides of Bharat Intelligence’s marketplace.

On the farmer demand side, you will:

  • Drive awareness and trust among farmers across operating geographies.
  • Support farmer acquisition for services such as agri-labour, fruit care, harvesting, and crop-specific operations.
  • Build local campaigns around crop seasons, peak labour demand, and cluster.
  • Create farmer-facing communication that explains our services clearly and credibly.
  • Support city, cluster, and category teams with collateral, campaigns, and lead generation.
On the labour supply side, you will:
  • Build campaigns to attract local and migrant labourers.
  • Create communication around earning opportunities, reliability, work availability, payment trust, and safety.
  • Support labour sourcing teams with village-level campaigns, posters, audio messages, WhatsApp creatives, and referral programs.
  • Help build Bharat Intelligence as a trusted labour platform across worker communities.

Outcome: Marketing drives both farmer bookings and labour availability across geographies.

2. ATL & Brand Marketing

You will own above-the-line marketing initiatives that build awareness and credibility.

You will:

  • Plan and execute regional ATL campaigns across relevant geographies.
  • Manage outdoor branding such as hoardings, wall paintings, banners, rural visibility, and local media.
  • Build consistent brand messaging across farmer, labour, and partner audiences.
  • Develop brand assets, campaign themes, taglines, and market-facing narratives.
  • Ensure every geography uses a consistent but locally relevant Bharat Intelligence brand language.
  • Track brand visibility and recall in priority markets.

Outcome: Bharat Intelligence becomes a known and trusted brand in agricultural labour and services.

3. BTL, Field & Rural Activation

You will own on-ground marketing execution across villages, clusters, mandis, labour hubs, and farmer networks.

You will:

  • Design and execute BTL campaigns for farmer acquisition and labour sourcing.
  • Run village meetings, farmer demos, local events, referral drives, and cluster launch activations.
  • Support field teams with scripts, pitch decks, flyers, posters, banners, and WhatsApp material.
  • Create geography-specific campaigns around crop cycles and seasonal labour demand.
  • Coordinate with city teams to identify high-priority villages, farmer groups, and labour pockets.
  • Track campaign effectiveness through leads, conversions, bookings, and repeat usage.

Outcome: Field marketing directly improves demand generation, supply acquisition, and local trust.

4. PR, Communications & Reputation

You will manage Bharat Intelligence’s external voice and reputation.

You will:

  • Build and execute PR plans across business, agriculture, startup, rural economy, and regional media.
  • Identify stories around farmers, labourers, rural transformation, agri-tech, and employment.
  • Coordinate with agencies, journalists, local media, and industry platforms.
  • Draft press notes, founder quotes, articles, announcements, and media briefs.
  • Manage communication during launches, milestones, partnerships, and sensitive situations.
  • Build credibility for Bharat Intelligence with farmers, workers, partners, investors, and the wider ecosystem.

Outcome: Bharat Intelligence is seen as a serious, credible, and category-defining company.

5. Launch Marketing Across Geographies

You will support new city, cluster, and category launches.

You will:

  • Create launch playbooks for new geographies and crop categories.
  • Plan pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing activities.
  • Work with city heads, category managers, and operations teams to build local demand and supply.
  • Identify the right local channels for each market: farmer networks, local leaders, WhatsApp groups, input dealers, mandis, labour points, transport hubs, and community spaces.
  • Build early trust before operations scale.
  • Convert launch learnings into repeatable marketing systems.

Outcome: Every new geography launches with stronger awareness, faster adoption, and better ground credibility.

You will own practical, high-impact communication across formats.

You will:

  • Create farmer-facing and labour-facing content in simple, local, trust-building language notes, videos, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Work with designers, agencies, videographers, and field teams to produce content.
  • Capture stories from farmers, labourers, supervisors, and city teams.
  • Build a central repository of reusable marketing assets.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, locally relevant, and aligned with field realities.

Outcome: Field teams have strong, clear, usable marketing material that improves conversion.

7. Digital, Social & Community Marketing

You will manage digital channels that support brand, hiring, acquisition, and credibility.

You will:

  • Create content around farmer success stories, labour impact, market insights, launches, and company milestones.
  • Use WhatsApp and community channels for farmer and labour communication.
  • Support digital lead generation where relevant.
  • Build campaigns that connect online credibility with offline conversion.
  • Track engagement, reach, inbound leads, and content effectiveness.

Outcome: Bharat Intelligence builds a strong public identity while supporting real business growth.

8. Cross-Functional Marketing Support

You will work closely with operations, category, supply, demand, and leadership teams.

You will:

  • Support city CEOs and category managers with campaign planning and local execution.
  • Work with labour sourcing teams to improve worker acquisition.
  • Work with farmer-facing teams to improve trust and conversion.
  • Align marketing calendars with crop cycles, launch timelines, and peak labour demand.
