Job summary

Elite Offshore Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Executive to handle course enquiries, answer calls, and convert enquiries into enrolments.

The role supports sales and marketing activities with occasional client visits and corporate outreach. Training will be provided, no prior marine industry knowledge is required. The ideal candidate will have a graduation, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to meet enrolment targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming office calls and respond to course enquiries professionally.
• Make outgoing calls to prospective candidates, explain training courses, and guide them in selecting programmes.
• Manage enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, email, telephone and other channels.
• Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the course enrolment process.
• Coordinate enrolments, payment follow-ups, and course access with the relevant team members.
• Work towards assigned enrolment targets through effective communication, customer service, and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases, call reports, enquiry records, and follow-up status.
• Support course promotion and sales activities through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist with corporate enquiries and build professional relationships with companies interested in training their employees.
• Support occasional field sales, client visits, and corporate client acquisition activities as required.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely responses to enquiries and a smooth candidate experience.

About the Role

• We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated candidates to join our team as Sales & Customer Service Executives. The role primarily involves handling course enquiries, answering calls, following up with prospective candidates, explaining our training programmes, and converting enquiries into course enrolments.
• The position also involves supporting sales and marketing activities, including occasional client visits and corporate outreach when required.
• No prior knowledge of the marine or offshore industry is necessary. Training will be provided on our courses, services, and industry basics.

Training will be provided on our courses, services, industry basics, and internal processes. Candidates should be willing to learn, adapt quickly, and develop their customer service and sales skills.
