Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD in Pune is hiring for a Full-time Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound telesales, follow up on leads, and enroll students in training programs.

You will build relationships, tailor information about courses, hit monthly targets, and maintain CRM records. Excellent English, 2 years experience, and MS Office proficiency are required; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Blue Ocean’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels, converting prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting courses to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, addressing questions about training programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to client needs.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
• Research training needs of potential clients to tailor sales approaches.
• Identify opportunities to enhance course offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
