Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, channel effectiveness, marketing ROI and customer journeys.
• Develop analytical solutions around segmentation, targeting, acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Build and apply campaign measurement frameworks including test & control, attribution, incremental lift, conversion and ROI analysis.
• Identify funnel leakage and drivers of marketing performance; translate findings into business recommendations.
• Work with internal and client teams to define KPIs, data requirements, business rules and analytical methodologies.
• Support client-facing workstreams and executive presentations; stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Notice Period: Candidates with a maximum 45-day notice period preferred

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Marketing Analytics professionals with strong expertise in marketing and customer analytics, data-driven problem solving, and business consulting.

The role involves working on marketing and customer-focused problems to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, marketing effectiveness and business growth through advanced analytics and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, channel effectiveness, marketing ROI and customer journeys.
• Develop analytical solutions around segmentation, targeting, acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Build and apply campaign measurement frameworks including test & control, attribution, incremental lift, conversion and ROI analysis.
• Identify funnel leakage, customer growth opportunities and drivers of marketing performance.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Work with internal and client teams to define KPIs, data requirements, business rules and analytical methodologies.
• Support/lead client-facing workstreams, stakeholder discussions and executive presentations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing, personalization, experimentation and marketing measurement.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/M.Tech, MBA from Tier 1 college with 4 to 10 yrs of experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Marketing Analytics / Customer Analytics is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer behavior and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, SAS tools.
• Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client teams.

• Marketing Analytics domain experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days from office in Gurgaon.
• Candidates should be flexible with the 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST shift.
