• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; expertise in SAS/Python.

Senior Insights Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Fulltime

Work from Office (Monday- Friday)

Timings : UK Shift( 2 pm - 11 pm)

About the Role

You will own one or more work streams within a project, often with full visibility across all streams. Youll lead analysts and associates, drive content delivery, manage teams, and interact directly with clients. Your role involves synthesizing analysis, formulating recommendations, and managing implementation efforts alongside the Engagement Manager and Client Initiative Leader.

Beyond client work, contribute to firm development by leading training, logistics, and building expertise areas. Youll apply advanced quantitative analysis using SQL, SAS/Python, and proprietary techniques to solve complex business problems such as portfolio evaluation and risk forecasting.

• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
• Expertise in statistical tools: SAS/Python
• M.Tech/MBA/Masters from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, DTU, NSUT, IIMs, XLRI, ISB, MDI, Tier1 colleges)
• Proven track record in handling complex analytical/scientific assignments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills
