Customer & Marketing Analytics Expert

• 10+ years of experience in Customer/CRM and Marketing Analytics, working with customer data and business insights.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and transaction-level customer data, including querying, analysis, and extracting actionable insights.
• Experienced in handling large-scale datasets and performing complex customer and marketing analytics.
• Strong experience in customer segmentation, retention analysis, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Attribution Modelling and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Experienced in measuring campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion performance.
• Hands-on experience in developing predictive models using AI/ML for customer and marketing analytics.
• Strong experience working directly with transaction-level data to identify customer behaviour, trends, and business opportunities.
• Proficient in Power BI and dashboarding, developing interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Experience working with QSR, Retail, and Consumer-facing businesses, supporting customer and marketing analytics initiatives.
• Ability to connect analytics and customer insights with business metrics, revenue, profitability, and P&L impact.
• Experience in managing and mentoring analytics teams, providing guidance on analytical approaches, projects, and delivery.
