Job summary

VAYUZ Technologies is seeking a data research specialist to identify NSE-listed and funded companies, startups, and AI firms. You will research senior decision-makers such as CIOs/CTOs, gather company data from LinkedIn and multiple sources, and enrich CRM records.

The role focuses on building accurate target-account databases, maintaining data quality, and coordinating with Sales/BD teams to support outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn for researching companies and senior POCs.
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills to manage databases.
• Experience with lead generation platforms like Apollo, Lusha, Lemlist, Pipl.

Responsibilities

• Research NSE-listed companies, startups, and AI firms to build target-account databases.
• Identify and research POCs and senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, VP-level technology leaders).
• Fetch, organize, and enrich company and contact data (designation, LinkedIn, industry, size, location, funding).
• Verify data across sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Update HubSpot and maintain clean, organized databases; remove duplicates and enrich records.

Job description

• Research and identify NSE-listed companies, newly funded companies, startups, and AI companies to build relevant target-account databases.
• Identify and research relevant POCs and senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, VP-level Technology leaders, Heads of HR, and Global Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Research POC and company details using LinkedIn, company websites, search engines, funding platforms, and other relevant sources.
• Fetch, organize, and enrich relevant company and contact data, including designation, LinkedIn profile, industry, employee size, location, funding, and other business information.
• Verify and cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure databases are accurate, relevant, complete, and up to date.
• Create, maintain, and manage verified databases in Excel/Google Sheets and HubSpot CRM.
• Update HubSpot with relevant companies, contacts, leads, and account information, while maintaining proper data organization and segmentation.
• Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or irrelevant records and continuously enrich existing databases.
• Track relevant business information such as funding, hiring activity, leadership changes, acquisitions, expansion, and technology initiatives to identify potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams to understand requirements and provide clean, accurate, and actionable databases for business development and outreach

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and ability to efficiently research companies, industries, and senior-level POCs.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for creating, organizing, cleaning, filtering, and managing databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of lead generation and contact research platforms such as Apollo, Lusha, Lemlist, Pipl, and similar database/contact-finding tools for identifying and extracting relevant company and POC information
• Ability to research, evaluate, and learn new platforms and data sources for finding relevant company and contact information.
• Strong research, analytical, data-verification, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work with large volumes of information.
