Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Market Research & Business Development Analyst to support our Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening corporate client relationships, and providing actionable market intelligence. The role involves extensive market research, data analysis, LinkedIn campaigns, competitor analysis, and identification of potential clients and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, potential clients, and business prospects.
• Develop and support Business Development (BD) plans aimed at improving, expanding, and growing the corporate client base.
• Research the latest hiring trends, recruitment trends, and market developments across relevant industries.
• Identify and evaluate profitable business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
• Conduct detailed competitor research for existing clients and analyze their hiring patterns, recruitment activities, and business movements.
• Identify and research relevant HR decision-makers, SPOCs, and key contacts within target organizations.
• Run and manage LinkedIn campaigns highlighting SGS's industry expertise, recruitment capabilities, and service offerings.
• Collect and analyze client and prospect data generated through LinkedIn campaigns and share qualified leads and insights with the Business Development team.
• Use location-based data and market intelligence to identify and target potential clients in specific geographical areas.
• Utilize search engines, web analytics, LinkedIn, and other business research tools to gather and analyze relevant market information.
• Perform data mining to identify patterns, trends, prospects, and business opportunities.
• Interpret large volumes of data and convert findings into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updating of client, prospect, competitor, and market information.
• Work closely with the BD team to provide relevant research, prospect information, and market intelligence to support business acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to defined timelines, quality standards, and accuracy guidelines across all research and business development activities.
• Manage multiple research assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and present research findings, market insights, reports, and presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Market Research, Business Research, Data Analysis, or Business Development support.
