Job summary

CryptoMize is seeking a Marathi Interpreter to join our Delhi headquarters on a full-time permanent basis with immediate joining available. The role focuses on real-time interpretation across Marathi, Hindi, and English in fast-paced, multi-language environments.

The incumbent will manage regional briefs, adjust delivery mid-conversation, and navigate tri-lingual rooms to ensure clear communication for all participants.

Qualifications

• Native-grade Marathi across state registers and fast comprehension.
• Ability to switch between Marathi, Hindi and English mid-conversation.
• Experience in coaching or bench-level training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold the Maharashtra calendar and conduct regional briefings and calls.
• Read shifts mid-conversation and adapt English delivery accordingly.
• Navigate trilingual rooms and select language channel per participant.

What you will actually do:

• Hold the Maharashtra calendar — Mumbai-corridor briefings, Vidarbha rounds, and Konkan calls in the register each room expects — corridor briefings, Vidarbha rounds, Konkan calls
• Read register shifts mid-conversation and re-pitch your English delivery to match — delivery re-pitched as the room shifts
• Navigate trilingual rooms — Marathi, Hindi, English — choosing the channel per participant, sometimes mid-sentence — the channel chosen per participant, mid-sentence when needed
