What you will actually do:

• Mediate the bench's highest-stakes Punjabi sessions — campaign gatherings, community fora, family negotiations — where relay errors carry public consequence
• Own preparation standards across the bench: participant dossiers, dialect-sensitivity reads of each room, and event-sequence briefs before any session staffs
• Chair cross-border and diaspora mediations on remote platforms, holding a line between speakers who share a language and not a country
